이는 드로잉의 연장이다. 드로잉 프로세스가 응시의 대상이었다면, 이는 한눈에 들어오지 않는 형태의 내부로 들어가는 체험의 공간이다. 각 조각은 ‘획’의 몸짓에 뿌리를 두며, 전체 구조를 구성하는 하나의 모듈로서 기능한다.
성긴 메쉬 구조는 공간을 뚜렷히 가르지 않으면서도 그 사이를 지나는 몸의 움직임을 방해하고 의식하게 만든다. 메쉬의 밀집도에 따라 새 혹은 개미의 군집같기도 하다.
This is an extension of the Chimera: drawing practice. While the drawing is an object of the gaze, this sculpture is a space of encounter, inviting the viewer to enter the interior of a form. Each sculpture is rooted in the gesture of a stroke, functioning as a module that constitutes the overarching structure.
The loose mesh structure does not strictly divide the room, but it obstructs the body as it moves through it. Depending on its density, the mesh evokes the flock of birds or a colony of ants. This project is currently in progress.
